Who am I?
My career has taken me across 5 countries from management consulting and entrepreneurship to leading People functions in startups and scaleups across healthcare, coffee-tech, and climate tech. Along the way, I've learned that successful organisations are built when business goals and human needs are given equal attention. By training I am an economist with some additional qualifications in HR/PO/PX and a postgrad in Psychotherapy.
Advice for prospective candidates
Don't try to be the candidate you think the company wants. Be yourself. The best career decisions happen when there's a genuine match between your values, strengths, and the environment you're joining.
